Terms of Service

By using Inovix services and website, you accept these terms. If you do not accept the terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update the terms, and it is your responsibility to stay informed.

Inovix offers digital services including, but not limited to, web development, app development, AI solutions, e-commerce, and digital marketing. The scope of services is agreed in writing between Inovix and the client before project start.

All prices are listed excluding VAT unless otherwise specified. Payment is made according to the agreed payment plan. Late payment will incur interest in accordance with applicable law.

The client receives full ownership of all code and design specifically developed for the project upon full payment. Inovix retains the right to use general solutions, frameworks, and tools developed independently of the project. Third-party licenses are subject to their respective terms.

Inovix is not liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant service. We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party services.

Both parties commit to treating all confidential information received from the other party as confidential. This obligation applies even after the agreement ends.

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work performed up to the termination date. Inovix shall deliver all completed work to the client.

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through negotiations. If the parties cannot reach an agreement, the dispute shall be settled by the Norwegian courts with Oslo District Court as the legal venue.
