Websites for hair salons

A hair salon website should show treatments and prices, who works there and where you are, and let customers book without calling. INOVIX builds salon websites with booking built in or linked from your current system.

01

Booking is what matters most

Most people visiting a salon website want to book. The button should be visible at the top of the page and on mobile, and lead straight to available times. If the salon already uses a booking system, we link to it or embed it. If you have none, we can set up Stamly, our own booking system for salons, which also rewards regular customers with points.

02

Treatments and prices customers understand

List treatments the way customers search for them: men’s cut, balayage, perm, beard trim. Give a price or starting price and roughly how long it takes. A price list written as text on the page can be found in Google and read by screen readers; a picture or PDF of the price list cannot.

03

Show the stylists and the salon

Many people choose a stylist as much as a salon. A photo and a few lines about each stylist, what they specialise in and which days they work, make choosing easier. Real photos of the salon and your own work say more than stock images. Remember consent from customers shown in photos.

04

Get found when someone searches for a hairdresser nearby

Searches for a hairdresser are almost always local. Address, opening hours and phone number must match on the website and your Google Business Profile, and the page should carry structured data telling search engines this is a hair salon with these hours. Link between the website and the profile, and ask happy customers for a review.

Built by INOVIX

Stamly, booking and loyalty for hair salons is built by INOVIX. Every salon gets its own booking page, customers collect points in the app, and staff have their own app for the appointment book and working hours.

A good place to start.

  • Which booking system do you use today?
  • Do you have an up-to-date price list?
  • Are there photos of the salon and stylists?
  • Is your Google Business Profile set up?

Questions & answers

What does a salon website cost?

Our basic package covers up to five pages, a mobile-friendly design, basic search optimisation and the domain and hosting for the first year. Custom design costs more. See our pricing page for current prices; the final price is agreed before we start.

Can we keep our current booking system?

Yes. We link to it or embed it on the page, depending on what the system allows. You do not need to switch to get a new website.

Does the salon need its own app?

Rarely. A website with good online booking covers what most customers need. If you want points and rewards for regular customers, Stamly provides that in a shared app, so the salon does not have to build and run its own.
